Refund and Returns Policy
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
Digital Products
There is a NO return policy on digital downloads. The link will be valid for 3 months. We suggest that you print a copy of your digital design and save the file somewhere obvious on your computer.

All quilting patterns are subject to copyright rules and no copies may be made for commercial purposes without prior written consent of One Loose Thread's owners. All designs, photographs and images are protected.

Great care has been taken when designing and writing the patterns. If however, you find an error in the pattern, please contact us at contact@oneloosethread.com.au, so that we can correct the issue and create an Errata page.
Refund and Exchange Policy
If the item you have purchased is faulty, was wrongly described, is supplied incorrectly or doesn't perform as advertised you are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. If you've just changed your mind, we will exchange your goods or provide a store credit. However, this offer excludes postage and handling on "change of mind" and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. "Change of mind" refunds do not apply to clearance or sale items or digital downloads. Please note that a fee of 10% will be deducted from 'change of mind' refunds.
Shipping and Handling Policy
Postage Fees and Insurance
All parcels within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and attract a flat rate fee for shipping and handling of $15.25 (standard shipping Australia Post updated rates). Orders over $150.00 are shipped FREE.

Orders are processed and sent within 3 business days (excluding public holidays) and shipping times are estimated at between 3 - 7 business days depending on location within Australia and Australia Post's processing times.

Please note postage and handling fees do not include any insurance. It is very rare for a parcel to be lost or damaged but in the case of a lost or damaged parcel by Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible. We are also not responsible for any damage to the package or its contents incurred during postage.

International Orders
Our website does NOT currently support International shipping of physical product. You are still able to purchase digital downloaded products.

If you are interested in any of our physical products and are living outside of Australia, please email us at contact@oneloosethread.com.au. Australia Post International Shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at the time of order.
Reasons for Order Delays

All products on this website are produced 'in-house' and that may on rare occasions cause delays in shipping. You will be notified separately by email if this is the case.

If the payment was unsuccessful your order will be delayed until alternative payment arrangements can be made.
Order Tracking
All orders are despatched using our primary delivery partner Australia Post.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from us containing your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at contact@oneloosethread.com.au.

Once you have your tracking number, you can track your parcel by entering the consignment number into the Australia Post website delivery tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items are shown as such on the products pages. It is possible to preorder these items. Once they are available they will be shipped at no extra shipping cost.
Payments and Security
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
