Just so simple!
A simple design can be incredibly effective - its all about the fabric and the colour.

..... the rest of the story
This design is "charm pack" friendly. In fact it is a charm pack - 42 x 5" squares featuring bears in the woods, laid out in a 6 x 7 configuration. Border 1 is 1" and Border 2 is 3". The binding is the same fabric as Border 2. Very quick and easy to make.

I have used two different quilting patterns.
The centre blocks are quilted with a straight ruler, a spiral within each square.
The outer section is freehand meander.
The backing is a sweet bunny fabric in muted green tones that complements the front colour theme.
The binding is the same colour as the border. I alway sew my binding from the back to the front and seal with decorative stitching .

Fabric requirements for this quilt:
1 charm pack of 42 x 5" squares
.25m of dark contrasting solid colour for border 1
.5m of lighter contrasting solid colour for border 2 and the binding

Simply lay out the squares in a 6 x 7 configuration, sew them together into rows.
Sew the rows together and add the borders.
